Shipping Policy:
All shipments will be made via UPS. The UPS service offered (ground, 3-day select, etc.) is an option chosen by the customer during checkout.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 24-48 hours after being processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday not including holidays. If we are unable to ship any item in your order with 24-48 business hours you will be notified by email.

Free Shipping Conditions:
Free shipping applies to only the lower 48 states. Free shipping is offered only as a special conditions for free shipping are based upon a specific promotion and can change at any time.

Damaged Shipments:
Occasionally products are damaged during shipping. If your shipment is damaged in anyway please Contact Us as quickly as possible. Keep the original shipping box and packaging material as well as the manufactures packaging. If the damage is visible prior to opening the manufactures packaging please do NOT open it. Again, retain all original shipping and packaging and notify us as quickly as possible. We can assure you we'll resolve this in a timely manner. The Backlot Store is not responsible for and damages that occur during shipping.

Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or removed from the manufactures packaging. Requests for returns must occur within 30 days from the order date.

Returns on autographed items will not be accepted. All autograph sales are final.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer and are not reimbursed. There is no restocking fee for returns. Refunds for authorized returns will be processed once the merchandise is received.

Exchange Policy:
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Requests for exchanges must occur within two weeks from the order date. Exchanges will also be charged a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges will be processed once merchandise is received.
